Mills Manor is Lalibela’s exclusive-use safari house — your group takes the entire villa with the services of a private ranger and vehicle, chef and housekeeper for the duration of your stay. The villa is shaped for relaxed, home-style safaris with the freedom to set your own rhythm: drives on your schedule, meals when it suits, and the run of the property for your party.
Children of all ages are welcome — and because the villa is sole-use, the standard age restrictions of the other Lalibela lodges don’t apply. Sleeps up to six guests on a sole-use basis.

What is Mills Manor?

What's included in the rate?
Sole-use of the entire villa, all meals (three daily) prepared by your private chef, selected house beverages (teas, coffees and local drinks — premium wines and spirits are excluded), two open-vehicle game drives per night in your private vehicle with your own ranger, and soft walking safaris on request. A Conservation Levy is charged per person per night separately.
How does the rate work?
Mills Manor is priced for sole-use of the entire villa. The per-villa rate applies regardless of party size, up to a maximum of six guests. The displayed per-person rate assumes maximum occupancy — the per-villa rate stays the same with fewer guests.
Are children welcome at Mills Manor?
Yes — children of all ages are welcome at Mills Manor. Because the villa is sole-use and you have your own dedicated vehicle, ranger and chef, families have full flexibility on drive timing, meal schedules and activities to suit younger guests. This is the only Lalibela lodge that comfortably accommodates very young children.
What is the cancellation policy?
31+ days before arrival — no forfeit. 15 to 30 days — 50% of booking total forfeited. 14 days or less — 80% of booking total forfeited.
